Founder
A bachelor in biophysics from l’Université de Montréal and a graduate in family care, Luc Bessette prioritizes a personalized approach to medicine.
Owner of several patents in both Canada and the United States, he is also an inventor who specializes in computer technologies that improve the management of medical information.
Through Portable EHR, him and his colleagues enable patients, healthcare professional and clinic managers to securely improve the control, access, and management of confidential health data.
Yves Le Borgne
Founder
A graduate in electrical engineering from McGill University, Yves Le Borgne is an experienced solutions architect as well as a high-level specialist.
For over 20 years now, Yves has been focusing on the meticulous development of computer technologies for the healthcare sector: custom-built applications, redesigned processes, reactive systems, etc.
At Portable EHR, his extensive knowledge, logical analyses and renowned creativity are an invaluable contribution to the ongoing advancement of our mission.

Manuel Daniel has been dedicating himself
to software development for over 15 years.
His expertise lies in designing system architectures
