Serving as a functional extension of In-Reach, this solution takes the form of a web-based portal for healthcare providers and that of a mobile application for patients.
The product’s design enables secure communications between patients and healthcare providers, covering a variety of subjects and processes.
All exchanges between patients and their different healthcare providers are seamless, centralized and encrypted.
Patients may also manage their various consents or refusals regarding access to their record, or relative to their participation in medical research studies.

Healthcare professional making test requests, of any kind and addressed to any service, may program an automated follow-up with the patient.
If a patient has not responded to a request within a given time, the system will automatically advise the healthcare professional that a follow-up is required.
This automated reminder procedure further protects patients’ health, as well as the medical and legal responsibilities of healthcare providers.
